JOB PURPOSE:Exec/Snr ExecPerformance Analyst
Responsible for various data driven functions mainlysupporting commercial teams.
Focusing on leveraging data to drive operationalefficiencies, optimize costs, and improve strategic decision-making
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Develop and maintain accurate, timely and insightfulperformance reports for Sales & Trade function
Cross functional collaboration with different team(Trade, Sales, Equipment, Operations & Finance) to provide functionalreports and dashboards.
Develop and provide comparison analysis on companyperformance vs market.
Support Budget and forecasting function.
Data Analysis and Insights Generation:
Performing root cause analysis for performance issuesand proposing data-driven solutions.
Segmenting data to identify specific trends andpatterns related to vessel types, trade lanes, customer segments, etc.
Support Service Yield, Country Performance, Leg wiseUtilisation and Asset Optimisation reports.

Education requirements
Diploma/ Bachelors degree or equivalent, able tohandle different (SAP, POWER BI, SQL, DATA ANALYSTICS, MS OFFICE Suite)
Knowledge of Shipping process and procedures.
Language requirements
English – Fluent (required)
Background and experience
Minimum 2-3 years of maritime experience, preferablywithin container shipping with main liners or nvocc managing trade’s businessprocess.
Knowledge and understanding of shipping processes andprocedures.
Essential in depth knowledge various dataapplications.
Competencies and skills
Ability to plan and execute; multi-task.
Capable of handling various systems, and handle largevolume of data.
Able to build interactive dashboards using Power BI
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Experienced with Python for data analysis andautomation (pandas, numpy)
Skilled in advanced Excel (Power Query, PivotTables,VBA)
Experienced with enterprise databases (e.g., SQLServer, BigQuery)
Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills whenunder pressure and tight work deadlines
Can automate reports and data workflows
Self-driven, results-oriented and Team Player.
