We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global container liner company, for the position of Executive - Human Recourses based in Istanbul Turkey.

Position description:
• Provide support across the full spectrum of HR activities within the assigned SeaLead Entities. This includes HR initiatives such as:
o Oversee the full employee lifecycle (Onboarding new joiners through to exiting employees).
o Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
o New Joiner onboarding processes. Ensure all new starts have a seamless joining process.
o Apply employment pass for employees as needed.
o Implement, operate and upkeep the HR SAP system.
o Maintain personnel database.
o Communicate with third parties in relation with HR processes such as Governmental institutions, agencies, payroll companies etc.
o Lead, manage and own payroll processes across all assigned SeaLead’s entities. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all payroll cycles for assigned countries.
o Gather and update leave and attendance records of employees and prepare leave settlement workings.
o Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
o Support Annual Salary Review and Bonus processes.
o Administer HR policies and benefits for employees.
o Handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
o Work with all Group HR COEs (Performance and Rewards, TA, Learning) in rolling out Group HR initiatives.
o Organize people training and development programs.
o Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies for the company.
o Organize communication around the company’s performance management cycle.
o Organize company’s employee engagement activities
o Reporting analyzing and reporting on staffing initiatives on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis such as: turnover/attrition, headcount and forecasting and make recommendations for improvement based on results
o Providing analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with standardization of reports for better decision making.
