Job purpose: | ||||
· Primary role is to manage the overall activities of the Equipment Management with correspondence to Customs/ Terminal Authorities, Internal Stakeholders, Vessel Partners (where applicable) for the good sake of the calls. | ||||

Main tasks and responsibilities: | ||||
Equipment Management: · Analyze and manage stocks (Track and monitor idle empty) · Consolidate and provide report for equipment forecasts & availability · Organize empty repositioning · Release equipment · Redeliver equipment · Deliver accurate data & reporting to Customer Care Idle team for long idle full (>30 Days) · Manage Seal Stock · Assist RO in depot service sourcing, procurement, benchmarking and audit · Implement depot allocation strategy · Depot visit auditory (process and security) · Implement pick up drop off policy and invoicing · Maintenance and Repair · Manage Recovery / Apply Logistics fees · Handle Reefer monitoring (e.g. spare parts, GenSets) · Manage Off hire repairs / Align depot with Group requirement / Negotiate rate · Benchmark Depot / Depot operational audit / Manage Depot Survey · Physically control repair quality

Bachelor’s Degree or qualified professional | Good Command of Spoken & Written English. | |||

Background and experience: | Competencies and skills: | |||
· 5 years’ experience in the Container Shipping industry. · Port Process, Documentation, TTN tool handling · MS Office Applications and ability to prepare reports. · Knowledge of geography and port operations.
| · Excellent communication, written and verbal. · Team Player, strong interpersonal skills. · Customer Orientated · Attention to detail, error free working. · Work well under pressure in a fast-paced and professional environment. · Flexible, willing approach to adjust to new Systems/ Processes, when applicable.
